Cancellation policy

1.Reservations

  • The reservation is considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made. 
  • Payment confirms acceptance of the general terms and conditions and this cancellation policy. 

2. Reservations with Refundable Rate (Flexible) 

  • The customer may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. 
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount. 
  • In case of non-show or early departure, no refunds will be given for nights not enjoyed. 

3. Reservations with Non-Refundable Rate 

  • Reservations made under the Non-Refundable modality do not allow changes, modifications or refunds of any kind. 
  • By confirming the reservation, the client authorizes the collection of 100% of the total amount, which will not be refunded in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.  
  • This tariff may offer more advantageous economic conditions, in compensation for its restrictive nature. 

4. Reservation Modifications 

  • Any request for modification will be subject to the availability of the establishment and may involve variations in the applicable rate. 
  • Reservations made under the Non-Refundable rate do not allow modifications of any kind.  

5. Cancellations due to Force Majeure 

  • In exceptional and duly justified situations or unforeseen circumstances beyond the client’s control, ModulSuites may consider alternatives such as changing dates or issuing a credit for a future stay. These solutions will be evaluated individually and do not imply an obligation to refund. 

6. Cancellation Procedure 

  • Cancellations must be communicated through ModulSuites’ official channels: email, website, or the platform used to make the booking. 
  • The cancellation will only be considered effective when the customer receives confirmation from the establishment.
