Payment and Cancellation Policy
We offer two booking options for the convenience of our guests:
1. Prepaid Rate (Non-Refundable)
This option offers a 10% discount on the published prices. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and cancellations or refunds are not allowed.
2. Pay on Arrival Rate
The cost of the stay is paid directly at the property upon check-in. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. After this period, the full amount of the stay will be charged. At the time of payment, the key code for the smart lock of the assigned apartment will be sent via email or mobile phone.
