The apartments have complete facilities, providing a high level of comfort and a wide range of services, including periodic cleaning service and scheduled changes of bathroom and bedroom linen, as well as the option of breakfast service in the apartment, upon request and for a modest supplement.

FACILITIES
Each house has its own private terrace with a garden. We also provide barbecues, a children’s playground and exclusive parking.
TERRACE
Each apartment has its own garden (ground floor) or terrace (upper floor), equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, and table with chairs to enjoy the sunny days of Val Miñor.
BARBACUE
The complex has a large barbecue in the communal area for free use by our guests.
PLAYGROUND
A small playground completes the facilities with a reserved area for the entertainment of the little ones.
PRIVATE PARKING
Each apartment has an assigned parking space. Additionally, there are ample areas nearby if additional parking is needed.
COVERED RECREATIONAL AREA
In the reception area, and next to the playground, a covered games area has been reserved, offering an additional alternative for recreation and relaxation.
