Pet Policy – Modul Suites
Pets are part of the family and, as such, are welcome in our apartments. In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to keep the facilities in the best condition, the following rules of coexistence have been established:
1. Admission of Pets
- Each apartment may accommodate a maximum of two pets (small dogs up to 10 kg) or a single larger dog, unless expressly authorised by the establishment.
- Guests must inform us of their pet at the time of booking, provide valid documentation and register the pet at check-in.
2. Charges and Security Deposit
- A supplement of €30 per stay will be applied for pet accommodation to cover additional cleaning costs.
- Additionally, Modul Suites may request a refundable deposit of €150 per stay to cover any damage caused by the animal. This deposit will be returned after the apartment has been inspected at the end of the stay.
3. Rules of Coexistence
- Pets must remain under the owner’s control at all times.
- Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment or in common areas for long periods of time.
- The guest is responsible for ensuring that their pet does not cause any disturbance, such as excessive noise, aggressive behaviour or damage.
- Pets must be kept off the furniture (beds, sofas, armchairs).
4. Common Areas
- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when in common areas.
5. Cleanliness and Responsibility
- The owner is responsible for immediately picking up their pet’s waste, both inside the apartments and in outdoor areas.
- Any damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the owner, who must bear the costs of repair or replacement.
6. Prohibited Behaviour
- Modul Suites reserves the right to request the removal of the pet from the establishment in the event of aggressive behaviour, damage to the property or repeated failure to comply with the established rules. In such cases, the guest will not be entitled to a refund.
7. Exemptions
- No additional charges will be applied to assistance or emotional support dogs, provided that the relevant documentation is presented and the rules of coexistence are complied with.
